By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Final specifications are determined by the applicable quotation, statement of work, technical specification, purchase agreement, license agreement, or other executed contract.

These Terms and the use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under other applicable law.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of North Macedonia.
